Ian Brown BA (Dunelm) PGCE, Dip.Th.Psych. UKCP Reg CAP was founded in 1993 by Psychotherapist Ian Brown, in the heart of London's prestigious medical district "Harley Street" with the aim of providing a professional and dependable team of practitioners. The practice is still there and can be viewed at www.counselling.org In 2004 Ian handed over the reins of CAP to his partner and a new Director. He is now in New South Wales. He is: A qualified and experienced Psychoanalytical Psychotherapist A qualified and experienced Integratitive Psychotherapist A qualified Counsellor Registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy And has been accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy the UK's Council for Psychotherapy. He has many years experience working with people who have been anxious, depressed, suffer from low self-esteem, have relationship difficulties or are having work related problems. His experience includes working with families, couples, those involved with adoption issues, legal, banking, medical, media and P.R. professionals as well as families.
