Ian is an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist. He is a full member of ANZAP and a Clinical member of CAPA. He is an approved NSW Health clinician and supervisor.

Education and Supervision

As well as his private practice work, Ian is committed to passing on his skills and knowledge to others.
Ian Brown teaches Counselling Skills, Group Theory and Practice, Loss, Grief and Bereavement Counselling at the Australia College of Applied Psychology, ACAP. He also teaches at Institute of Counselling NSW. One of Ian's specialisations is addictions and he holds a post in one of Sydney's teaching hospitals which is funded by the Responsible Gaming Fund.
Ian is a South Pacific Private Hospital preferred Provider.
